My personal and business purpose can be summed up in those two words, Activating Purpose.
Working with clients you need to know where their organisation is at this moment in time and where they want to be so that we tailor our approach to best suit you. We are adaptive and agile to best serve the unique needs of each of our clients on their journey to activating their purpose.
That’s absolutely number one for us. We want to stay true to our own purpose. Luckily for us, it’s built into our purpose, unlike a large number of other consultancy companies out there.
My purpose was already very strong when I started my own organisation, I wanted to ensure it was purpose-driven and encompassed each element that, from my experience, could be extremely valuable for organisations and individuals.
Every day, with clients, I’m still developing my understanding and expertise and learning from them some of the new approaches that they’re trying to create their own purpose-driven organisation and/or to become the best version of themselves. It helps me refine our purpose and how we’re serving our clients.
