Dave started working at DuPont and was trained in their world-famous safety culture and production system.

Next to our core services, these passions have translated into Operational Safety. The basis of the SageFlow approach to operational safety is understanding the mindsets and beliefs, safety leadership, and cultural dimensions that need to be in place in an organisation for individuals to make the right decisions every moment of every day. 

SageFlow works with various industries, from oil and gas to mining, food and beverages, health care, and heavy manufacturing, most of which are highly hazardous environments.

The SageFlow team will examine the leadership components and safety culture within the organisation, assess where they are now and where they want to go, build a roadmap with the senior leadership team and implement it together to ensure it has a sustainable impact on reaching their desired future state. This is done through coaching and mentoring, training modules, and one-on-one consultancy activities and mentoring.

Dave had many valuable mentors in his corporate life, so when he launched his business in 2014, he was determined to create an opportunity for every individual to have a highly valuable mentoring relationship inside or outside their own organisation. 

SkillFlow is Dave’s mentoring business.

The mission of SkillFlow is to provide the best networking atmosphere for mentors and mentees to connect and for corporations to benefit from that interaction.

We provide mentoring opportunities for corporations and Individuals, focusing on executives in transition, onboarding success, diversity mentoring, and reverse mentoring.
