Dave Vrijsen

Dave Vrijsen brings a very human, compassionate, and purposeful approach to his work with his clients. He’s here to make a difference, and he’s doing that worldwide.

Two passions grew in his life from childhood to adulthood. One is studying mindsets and behaviours and the leadership and organisational culture components that make up a great organisation. Another passion is the impact that individuals have in building and creating that culture.
When he was about eight years old, he was profoundly affected by witnessing a very traumatic car accident. This had a profound effect on him and planted a seed about what triggers people to have the mindset where they can ignore road rules, believe that their actions will not negatively affect others, etc., with traumatic impacts on other individuals whose lives will never be the same again.
This resulted in him making deliberate choices at university and throughout his career to become an expert in mindsets, beliefs, organisational culture, and leadership.
After many years of experience, he started SageFlow in 2014 and now has an established footprint in the Australasian and European markets, specialising in Strategic Transformation, Organisational Culture, Leadership, Coaching and Mentoring.
Throughout his career, Dave has successfully managed and implemented large projects with various Fortune 500 organisations worldwide and across multiple industries, both as a Senior Leader within world-class consulting organisations as with his own business, since starting SageFlow.
As CEO, Dave also has vast expertise as a Strategic Relationship Manager for high-profile clients. He uses his core skills in engaging the client to achieve sustainable results by working shoulder to shoulder with them along the journey
He has recent experience developing global collaboration between internal organisational departments and multi-national clients, resulting in significant and sustainable improvements in quality and speed of service.
The motivation underpinning everything Dave does is purpose. He is all about activating purpose for himself and others.
